Do I have to use my own Caller ID?

Filed under New Features, Tips & Tutorials, Voice Broadcasting

No. We offer a toll free “message playback” number – 877-565-8456. When a recipient calls this number it will play back your last message.

This option has pros, and cons.

Pro:
* If someone misses the call, they can call back & hear the last message sent to them
* Great way to not overwhelm your phones, with call backs. Perfect for political campaigns!

Con:
* Recipients may not recognize the caller ID.
* Not a good option if you want people to call back and speak with a live person.

    Is there a way to resend a broadcast so you don;t have to upload the contacts a second time? is there a way to change the audio on a created broadcast and send out to the same group of people without uploading everything again?
    Love the service it has been a blessing and time saver

      @Yvonne

      Thank you for your kind words. We are glad you are loving the service.

      To answer your questions…It sounds like you are uploading a file to your broadcast each time you are setting up a broadcast. I would recommend you utilize our contacts system and upload the list to a group you setup. That way, when you need to send that group a broadcast, you can simply select it and move to the next step. This should remedy the hassle of uploading a list every time as well as allowing you to easily use a new audio message or use a previous message you’ve sent.

      I hope this helps. If not please feel free to give us a call.
